Meet Gage Peden

East Hickman High School Senior Hopes to Inspire Change

Gage Peden, a senior at East Hickman High School, has a vision for his future rooted in a desire to make the world a better place. With plans to major in political science and theater, Gage hopes to pursue his passion for political activism and help bring about meaningful change.

Gage’s interests reflect his desire to connect with others and make his voice heard. Studying political science and theater would give him opportunities to explore both the issues that shape communities and the ways people communicate their ideas. At the heart of his ambitions is a commitment to making a difference.

That sense of purpose is already having an impact at school. Selected for this recognition because he inspires his classmates, Gage demonstrates that leadership can begin with the encouragement and example a student offers to those around him. He will also represent East Hickman High School at the regional competition, taking on an opportunity to challenge himself and make his school proud.

As Gage prepares for life after graduation, he carries with him a passion for change and a desire to contribute to something larger than himself. His aspirations and the inspiration he provides to his peers make him an outstanding member of the East Hickman High School community.
