Phillip plans to attend Tennessee College of Applied Technology - Crump (TCAT Crump) to earn his Machinist Certification. Inspired by his dad, Phillip has chosen a path that reflects both family influence and personal drive. His decision demonstrates a deep respect for hard work and a clear understanding of the value of technical skills in today’s workforce.
By pursuing machining, Phillip is stepping into a high-demand field that requires precision, focus, and discipline—qualities he has already begun to develop. His willingness to continue his education and training shows maturity and a forward-thinking mindset.
