Meet Jake Slanaker

Our next outstanding student is Jake Slanaker. Jake, a senior at Harpeth High School, exemplifies leadership, perseverance, and service in all he does. Recently earning the distinguished rank of Eagle Scout, Jake has demonstrated his commitment to community, hard work, and personal growth—qualities that also shine through in his role as an active member of the Harpeth Ren Crew. Through this student leadership group, Jake helps to create a positive school culture and set an example for his peers, continually stepping up to lead by action and attitude.

Beyond his school and community involvement, Jake’s drive for excellence extends to his future plans. After graduation, he intends to attend a four-year university to pursue a degree in marketing, where his creativity, work ethic, and leadership skills will undoubtedly help him thrive. Jake’s accomplishments and character reflect the very best of Harpeth High and the values of JAGTN—service, leadership, and lifelong learning.
