Meet Erin Deaver

Erin Deaver is a shining example of determination, leadership, and forward-thinking ambition at the Anderson County Innovation Center. A senior in the JAGTN program, Erin has already accomplished what many students are still working toward—she completed all of her high school credits early, finishing in January, a testament to her discipline and strong work ethic.

While excelling academically, Erin has also taken on significant responsibility outside of school as a manager at Wendy’s. In this role, she demonstrates leadership, accountability, and professionalism well beyond her years, balancing the demands of work and school with remarkable success.

Erin’s interests and talents are diverse. She competed in SkillsUSA for cosmetology, showcasing her creativity, technical skills, and commitment to personal growth. Her willingness to explore different career pathways reflects the very spirit of the JAGTN program—equipping students with the skills and confidence to pursue their goals.

Looking ahead, Erin is focused on building a future in criminology. She will begin classes at Roane State Community College this fall, where she plans to continue her education and work toward a career that allows her to make a meaningful impact in her community.
