Meet Nour Fned
Nour Fned, a senior at James Lawson High School, stands out as a student leader whose character, work ethic, and vision for the future truly represent the heart of the JAG Career Association. Serving as the James Lawson JAG Career Association President, Nour has demonstrated exceptional leadership and communication skills, earning the respect of both her peers and instructors through her steady guidance and positive influence.
In her leadership role, Nour is known for her ability to bring people together, clearly communicate goals, and encourage others to step into their strengths. Whether she is leading meetings, organizing activities, or representing her program, she does so with professionalism and confidence well beyond her years.
Outside of school, Nour has already built impressive real-world experience. As a young team lead at Panera, she has developed hands-on leadership skills in a fast-paced work environment. Managing responsibilities, supporting coworkers, and helping ensure smooth daily operations have strengthened her problem-solving abilities and reinforced her commitment to teamwork and customer service.
Nour is also actively involved in both JAG and MENA student organizations, where she continues to grow as a servant leader. Her commitment to service extends into her community through regular volunteer work at her local mosque. There, she contributes her time and energy to support events and outreach efforts, reflecting her strong values and dedication to giving back.
A bilingual student, Nour uses her language skills to connect with and support others, further highlighting her communication strengths and cultural awareness. These abilities position her well for success in diverse professional settings.
