Meet Neeka Payne

Hello, my name is Neeka Payne! I am a senior at Polk County High School. Upon graduating, I plan to attend the TCAT Athens Automotive Program to become an Automotive Technician. While at PCHS I have acquired many certifications including OSHA-10, Microsoft Office Specialist -Associate, and (6) Snap-On percision tool certificates including: Dial Gage Measurement, Micrometers Measurement, Angle Measurement, Gage Measurement, Tape and Rule Measurement, and Slide Caliper Measurement. I was also chosen as the representative for Polk County as the Governor's Volunteer Star Award Honoree and will attend a ceremony in March! My JAG class has helped me with confidence, employability skills, organization, and practicing human relations. I am so very thankful for my JAG teachers and JAGTN.

Not only does she have a great sense of humor and one of the most positive attitudes, but also, Neeka has an acute awareness of the necessary steps to achieve her long term goals.
