Meet Malayah Ferguson

Our next outstanding student is Malayah Ferguson from Maplewood High School in Nashville. This outstanding young lady from Maplewood High School exemplifies strength, perseverance, and grace under pressure. Despite facing significant personal hardships, she continues to rise above challenges and remain focused on her education—maintaining high academic achievement through hard work and determination. Her teachers describe her as resilient, kind, and deeply committed to her goals, embodying the spirit of perseverance that JAGTN celebrates.

In addition to her academic success, she was proudly crowned Maplewood High School’s 2025 Homecoming Princess, a well-deserved recognition of her positive attitude, leadership, and the respect she has earned among her peers.
