JAGTN is proud to recognize Kayla Gomez, a senior at James Lawson High School, as an Outstanding Student Spotlight honoree. Kayla stands out as a motivated, service-minded leader who consistently demonstrates strong communication, leadership, and customer-service skills across every area she serves.
Kayla has built an impressive record of involvement through school organizations, retail work, and volunteer experiences. Whether she is supporting a team project, helping customers, or contributing her time to serve others, she is known for her professionalism, reliability, and positive attitude. She brings a collaborative spirit to every setting and is someone peers and adults alike can depend on to follow through and deliver results.
Within JAG, Kayla serves as the JAG Career Association Vice President of Social Media, where she plays a key role in promoting student activities, highlighting achievements, and strengthening communication across her program. In this leadership role, she combines creativity with responsibility — ensuring messages are engaging, timely, and representative of the JAG mission. Her work helps elevate student voices and celebrate program success.
Kayla’s blend of leadership, teamwork, and real-world work experience has prepared her well for her next steps after graduation.
