Meet Kailani Allen

JAG Tennessee is proud to recognize Kailani Allen, a remarkable senior whose dedication, heart, and determination make her stand out as an exemplary JAGTN student. This is Kailani’s second year in the program—having completed JAGTN Course III as a junior, she is now excelling in JAGTN IV during her senior year. From the beginning, Kailani has approached JAGTN with maturity and purpose, always taking each assignment and activity seriously as part of her long-term plan for the future.

Kailani is known for her quiet strength. Though soft-spoken, she consistently leads through her actions—treating others with kindness, compassion, and respect. Her teachers and peers describe her as dependable, thoughtful, and deeply committed to her goals. Outside the classroom, she brings that same level of commitment to the softball field, balancing athletics and academics with discipline and grace.

For the past two years, Kailani has been firm in her dream of becoming a Real Estate Agent, driven by her desire to help people find homes where they can be truly happy. She has already mapped out her path to get there. After graduation, Kailani will be attending Tennessee Tech University in Fall 2026, where she plans to pursue a degree in Business to prepare for her future career.

Kailani embodies the mission of JAGTN—setting goals, working hard, and building the skills that will help her thrive beyond high school. There is no doubt that Kailani Allen will achieve everything she puts her mind to, and we cannot wait to see the incredible future she creates for herself.
