Outstanding Student Spotlight: Cynthia Coleman — Sullivan East High School
Cynthia Coleman, a senior at Sullivan East High School, is a driven and compassionate student whose work ethic and positive spirit make her a valued leader within the JAG program. Now in her second year as a JAG student and currently enrolled in JAG 4, Cynthia has fully embraced opportunities to grow professionally, academically, and personally.
In 2025, Cynthia earned her Certified Medical Assistant credential — a major accomplishment that reflects both her dedication and career focus. She has also obtained CPR and Stop the Bleed certifications, equipping her with critical, real-world healthcare skills that can make a life-saving difference. These achievements demonstrate her initiative and her clear commitment to serving others through the medical field.
Cynthia plans to attend Northeast State in the fall to pursue a career in nursing. Her preparation already shows a strong foundation for success, combining technical certification, healthcare training, and classroom learning with the professionalism developed through JAG. She approaches her goals with determination and purpose, consistently following through on the steps needed to move forward.
Known for being hardworking and goal-oriented, Cynthia brings a positive attitude to everything she does. She is dependable, focused, and encouraging to those around her — and she is rarely seen without a smile. Her upbeat presence and steady commitment make her a role model among her peers.
